CenterPilot

CenterPilot is a web base system developed for Centers on the Child Care Food Program. CenterPilot was designed to help reduce the time you must spend on paperwork and to help you know how much food to serve in a meaningful way, while keeping accurate records.

Paper Copies

We also allow companies to complete their paperwork via paper copies if they choose. We do not require centers to use the computer software unless they have chosen to do so.

 The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) is a federal program that provides reimbursement for healthful meals and snacks served to children and adults.  Because CACFP participants nutritional needs are supported on a daily basis, the program plays a vital role in improving the quality of care and making it more affordable for families.

 Always a Nutritional Meal will work with you to determine if you are eligible for meal reimbursements and at which level. We will also assure your center is in compliance, train your center, and offer technical assistance.

 A caring and highly experienced staff  to assist you with:

  • Quick monthly payments with timely return of your claim.
  • Monthly reimbursement for 2 meals and 1 snack (or 1 meal and 2 snacks) for each child/adult each day (rates are determined annually by the USDA)
  • Access to our website containing all the forms & training you need
